Super Quick and Easy Halloween Crafts

Share

My kids LOVE Halloween crafts - or any crafts for that matter. Me? Not so much. I don't like having to gather all the supplies and I really don't like the mess.

I do appreciate the creative gifts that my kids have so I want them to enjoy some fun crafts, especially around the holidays.

Quick & easy crafts are my compromise. The kids get to be creative, and I don't have to waste a lot of time, effort, or money! Win!

It doesn't get much easier than these Coffee Filter Ghost Lollipops from Happiness is Homemade.

paper bag with handle, orange craft foam, black craft foam, foam glue, sharpie marker, Crayola washable markers

Paper Pumpkin Lantern

If you have some construction paper and a few brads you can throw together these quick Paper Pumpkin Lanterns from Momtastic.

What You Need
orange & green construction paper, paper cutter, scissors, brads, string, hole punch or awl

Q-Tip Skeleton

I have to admit, I think this might be my favorite craft on the list. It's just so creative! Grab some black paper and a few Q-tips to make this Q-Tip Skeleton from A Little Artsy & A Little Crafty.

What You Need
q-tips, glue, black & white construction paper, scissors

Egg Carton Pumpkin

This one is a little more involved, and it requires the use of paint (so not a fan of paint), BUT it is quick & easy and I think the kids will love it. Make a few Egg Carton Pumpkins from Mommy Guru to add to your Halloween decorations.

What You Need
green construction paper, green or brown pipe cleaners, orange paint, egg carton, scissors, glue, paintbrush, black marker

Coffee Filter Ghosts

This craft tops the list as the quickest and easiest. Coffee filters, tin foil, string, and a marker - that's all you need to put together these Coffee Filter Ghosts from What Are We Doing Today Mom.

What You Need
coffee filters, tin foil, string, markers, tape

Paper Plate Black Cat

Isn't this black cat just the cutest! We'll be saving ourselves the painting step by starting with black party plates! Make your own Paper Plate Black Cat with this tutorial from Crafts By Amanda.

What You Need
black paper plate, scissors, tape, glue, 2 large green wiggle eyes, small pink pom-pom

Paper Plate Spider Webs

Save a few black party plates from the Black Cat craft to make these Paper Plate Spider Webs from Annelily Design.

What You Need
black paper plates, hole punch, white yarn, scissors, spiders

Puffy Ghosts

I love these Puffy Ghosts from Thriving Home. The kids want to hang them on the ceiling fan blades. Not sure that's the best idea, but they'll be fun to make!

What You Need
white cardstock paper, scissors, glue, cotton balls, black construction paper

Spider Webs

While this one might be a bit more time consuming than others, it isn't terribly complicated. These adorable Spider Webs from Buggy and Buddy will be great decorations for windows!

What You Need
craft popsicle sticks, glue, tempera paint, black yarn, white yarn, orange yarn, scissors, small spiders

Tissue Paper Pumpkin

So, this one might be a bit messier than I normally like, but it is super easy and will keep the kids busy for a bit! Grab some glue and orange tissue paper to make this Tissue Paper Pumpkin from Pink and Green Mama.

What You Need
old cereal box, glue, orange tissue paper, scissors

Tissue Paper Black Cat

Last, but not least, we have this Tissue Paper Black Cat craft from Glued to My Crafts.
